Ted Weissman, Founder and President

In 2000, Mr. Weissman became the first green field land consultant for the largest alternative energy owner/operator in North America. His extensive experience in management, land acquisition, transmission route siting, right-of way acquisition and acquiring state and local project approvals has repeatedly assisted our clients in achieving their project goals year after year. He and the Beta team have aided clients in acquiring over 1.5 million acres of land and 200 plus miles of transmission right of way.

Dale Stephens, Director of Operations

Mr. Stephens has served as land agent supervisor and director of operations for land services for energy development companies since 2007. His responsibilities have included staffing, training, and supervising land agents for over 50 different wind and solar energy projects. Under his direct guidance over 4500 contracts have been acquired for wind energy, solar, and transmission line development. Mr. Stephens has also been personally responsible for site feasibility assessments of over 100 wind farm projects.  This task was completed in a 4 month period and presaged all development for the fiscal year.

Michael Moore, Director of Expansion

Mr. Moore has spent the last thirteen years as a renewable energy real estate project manager. He has managed land acquisition for wind, solar, transmission (300 miles), substations, laydown yards and operation and maintenance facilities overseeing projects through construction.

As a land manager he has directed large numbers of land agents for projects in thirteen states (CA, CO, IA, IL, IN, MN, MO, ND, NM, NY, SD, TX and WV) and two Canadian Provinces (ON & MB) amounting to the development of over 3GW of energy powering approximately 1 million homes.
